These terms apply to your use of the Registration Portal operated by the Independent Power Producers Association of India("IPPAI", "we", "us") to register for our training programmes and events. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Registrations
Registering for a programme through this portal reserves your place subject to availability and, where applicable, completion of payment. Programme dates, venues, and fees are as described on each programme's page at the time of registration.
Payments and invoices
Paid registrations are processed through HDFC Bank's SmartGateway. A Proforma Invoice is generated for your registration before payment, and a Tax Invoice is issued once payment is confirmed. Refund and cancellation requests should be directed to accounts@ippaimail.org.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration, including for billing and invoicing purposes.
Programme materials and certificates
Learning materials, certificates, and other content made available through this portal are for your personal use in connection with the programme you registered for, and may not be redistributed without our permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the portal or our programmes. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
